Quarterbacked sales and RFP strategy and managed alignment of a 10-person internal project team which won the largest Patient Care Monitoring award in Philips Canada history: $30M in capital and consumables.

Launched the Stellaris PC™ retinal microsurgical system in Canada for Bausch & Lomb, leading the execution of the sales strategy implementation in 4 KOL Canadian sites comprising 3000 annual procedures and $2.5M in annual recurring revenue, managing clinician and executive relationships on-site.

Launched the Ozil™ cataract surgery platform for Alcon Canada; converting 24 Legacy™ surgical systems at 16 sites (approximately 75 surgeons) yielding $4.0M in recurring sales revenue.
