I have 30+ yeqrs of senior marketing experience in blue chip companies, such as Kellogg's, Kraft, and VF Corporation ( Lee and Wrangler jeans). My areas of expertise include leading teams to devleop game changing brand strategies, and marketing plans which break all the conventional rules. I have successfully managed several brand strategy and marketing consulting assignments with startups mid-cap companies in the cannabis, services and food and beverage industries

As the VP Innovation, I ran Kellogg's North America Innovation Team. Delivered record revenue and new products market share.

As CMO of the Boston Beer Company (Sam Adams), I oversaw the development of the Sam Adams brand strategy and the execution of the marketing plan which drove the craft beer segment in the US. I also lead the launch of Twisted Tea and Truly hard seltzer which both achieved over $1b in sales.
As the CMO of MariMed cannabis company, I oversaw the development of six brand strategies and the execution of all the marketing plans. This contributed to record sales and the achievement of the number one market share on the flagship brand.
